Training modules

Sealing surface rework:

This module focuses on refining sealing surfaces to optimize equipment performance. Participants will learn techniques to enhance sealing effectiveness, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime

Lens Ring Flange connection assembly:

This module focuses on alignment and assembly of a HP Flange connection. Participants will learn techniques to enhance sealing effectiveness, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime

High pressure Tubing:

This module focuses on HP Tube end processing (Threading and coning). Participants will learn how to apply coning and threading techniques to an enhance sealing effectiveness

Regular maintenance practice on HP hydraulic control valve internals:

This training course teaches participants safe and efficient techniques for exchanging of valve packing, seat and stem of the typical HP hydraulic controle valves. Participants will learn essential skills to enable replacemant of packing, refinding sealing surfaces of seat and stem to optimized valve performance.

Injection Pumps :

This module focuses on maintenance on HP pump heads and check valves. Participants will learn maintenance techniques to allow reliable operation of the HP pump with increased lifetime or main wear parts and to avoid ad-hoc repairs
